Information We Collect
- Account information: your email address, plus your name and profile picture if you sign in with a third-party account
- Content you create or upload: scripts, prompts, reference and uploaded images, and the images, video, and audio generated for you
- Usage data and analytics
- Device and browser information
- Payment information, handled by Stripe (we never see or store your full card number)
- Messages you send to our support team
How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the service, including generating content from your scripts and images
- Process payments and send receipts and billing notices
- Send technical notices and support messages
- Improve the service and develop new features
- Comply with legal obligations
AI Providers and Media Storage
- Language-model providers (such as OpenAI's GPT models), reached through an API routing service, receive your scripts and prompts to analyze scripts, break them into shots, and choose voices.
- Speech providers (currently Google's Gemini text-to-speech models) receive the dialogue and narration text they turn into voice.
- Image and video providers (such as OpenAI's image models and ByteDance's Seedance video models), reached through Prism, UllrAI Lab's model gateway, receive prompts built from your script together with reference images: character and scene images, storyboards, and images you upload.
- Media you upload and media generated for you (images, video, and audio) is stored with our cloud storage provider, Cloudflare R2, at publicly accessible links. Anyone who has a file's link can open it without signing in, so do not upload material that must stay private.
- We send these providers only what a task needs. They process it under their own terms and privacy policies, which may involve processing outside your country.
Information Sharing
- We do not sell your personal information
- With service providers that help us run AniKuku: the AI providers above, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and cloud storage
- When the law requires it
- As part of a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition

- Account data: kept while your account is active
- Usage data: kept for up to 2 years for analytics

- Deleted data: permanently removed within 30 days
