Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of AniKuku, a product operated by UllrAI Lab, and set out what you and we can expect from each other. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

  • AniKuku is operated by UllrAI Lab ("we" or "us"). By accessing or using AniKuku, you agree to these Terms of Service.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.
  • These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses the service.
  • We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date above; if you keep using the service after they take effect, you accept the updated terms.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when you create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
  • Tell us right away if you notice any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Each person or organization may hold only one free account.
  • Accounts registered by bots or other automated means are not allowed.

Acceptable Use

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
  • Do not create, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes anyone else's rights.
  • Do not try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
  • Do not interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers.
  • Do not use the service to build a competing product or copy our business.

Payment and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the plan or credit pack you choose.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • We will give you at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of an existing subscription.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until the payment goes through.

Credits

  • Generating images, video, and voice uses credits. The cost of each action is shown on the pricing page and in the app before you generate.
  • Every plan adds its monthly credit allowance at the start of each month of the subscription, yearly plans included. Unused plan credits do not roll over: they expire when the month ends or the subscription stops.
  • Credits from credit packs never expire and work with or without a subscription. Plan credits are used before pack credits.
  • If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance.
  • Credits, including bonus credits such as the sign-up bonus, have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

Refunds

  • This refund policy applies to subscriptions. Within 7 days after a billing period starts, you can ask for a pro-rata refund of the plan credits you have not used in that period.
  • The refund equals the amount you paid for the period × your remaining plan credits ÷ the period's plan allowance. For a yearly plan, the allowance is the full year's credits, and monthly credits not yet added count as remaining.
  • A refund also cancels the subscription, and the period's remaining plan credits are removed from your balance.
  • Credit packs and bonus credits are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
  • To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address on your account.

Intellectual Property

  • The service itself, including its software, design, and our own content, belongs to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our permission.
  • You keep ownership of the scripts, images, and other content you upload.
  • As between you and us, you own the output you generate with the service, and we assign to you any rights we have in it. Commercial use of output requires a plan that includes a commercial license.
  • AI output may not be protected by copyright everywhere, and other users may generate similar output. You are responsible for making sure the way you use output does not infringe anyone's rights.
  • You give us permission to store and process your content and output, and to send it to our model providers, only as far as needed to run the service for you.
  • Respect other people's intellectual property: only upload material you have the right to use.

Third-Party AI Models

  • AniKuku uses AI models run by third-party providers to generate text, images, video, and voice. To produce a result, the input it needs, such as your script, prompts, and reference images, is sent to the provider running that model.
  • Which provider handles a task depends on the feature and may change as we add or replace models. Our Privacy Policy lists the kinds of providers we use.
  • Providers process your input under their own terms and policies. We choose them with care, but we do not control how they run their services.
  • AI output can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected, and the same input can produce different results. Review output before you publish or rely on it.
  • Model and product names that appear in AniKuku or on our blog belong to their owners. Unless we say otherwise, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Service Availability

  • We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
  • We announce scheduled maintenance in advance whenever we can.
  • We may change or retire features with reasonable notice.
  • Emergency maintenance may happen without notice.
  • How long a generation takes depends on queue load and on our model providers. Higher plans get queue priority, but we do not guarantee completion times.

Termination

  • You can stop using the service at any time. To close your account, contact us.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
  • Once your account is closed, your right to use the service ends immediately.
  • We will give reasonable notice before closing a paid account.
  • Before your account is closed, you can download the media you have generated.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
